At the end of WW2 Russia and japan never signed any treaties or niether signed a surrender so technically they are still at war

So Russia and Japan are still at war and North Korea has nukes ready for use and the conflict over in middle east....well people  this might be the building blocks for WW3 :O Battan down the hatches:noid
