Title: ground vis range FPS issue

Recently, i had this pc hardware some upgraded, which is set now with AMD64 3200+, Geforce6600(not GT) 256MB, 2GBmemory ect and they are working good. With the resolution 1200*ah..1100?(ah sorry i forget), most of FPS is more or less 70 in max textures size 512.

But...in Ground vis range, FPS is plunged to 5-6 or even to 1...ma VGA driver is forceware 81.95 that accoring to the advice should be purged and setup to 61.77. But i have no problem for game launch. i just want FPS some up in ground vis range. every advice will be appreciated. Thx

the crazy FPS drop to 1-4 happens particulary when i zoom maximum in TANK TURRET. usually working good except the case.
