I saw your thread
An idea for Squads in Squad Ops.  (http://www.hitechcreations.com/forums/showthread.php?s=&threadid=166466)

I thought I would try to help out a bit and have put a form togeather for you and the other members of the FSO Team...

You can download it from this link.
Version 1 of FSO Squadron Information Form (http://www.savefile.com/files/3971477)

Its in word format and has dropdown fields so that people dont have to type very much info.

I have not password protected it so  feel free to modify it if you want...
