what engine is that A8 using?

Thanks Milo,
I am trying to figure out some fuel consumption values for the BMW801 and R2800.
Allied Aircraft are so easy, the information is everywhere. Not so easy with Axis. Translation especially
-
1K3, would say it is a 1943 model of the D.
F4U, forgot I had them scanned.

Milo,
Are those imperial gallons listed? Our A8 has 170 Gallons (US) which would seem to confirm that the A8 chart was measued in Imperial gallons.
-
Yes, Imp gal.
-
That's out of George's excellent book. If you get the chance get a copy. Unfortunately it is out of print.
All the best,
Crumpp
-
"George" who?
These look like the usual "Flugstreckentabellen", ei. range tables of German aircraft btw.
-
George Hopp
It comes from a translation he done of the A-8 a/c handbook in 1973. Printed in Canada in 1974.
-
Oh, my buddy George! I thought it was him. He is a very very nice and helpful fellow, I can assure you all.
