without that guassian blur they looked REALLY weird. the edges were so sharp it just looked spastic. the bottom one i did over blur, but that was for effect

Try this copy layer and use guas blur on top layer and change layer prop to overlay:D

yeah, i really like em. also did the motion effect to the other b/w one, and it looks really good too. been thinking about actually doing some fake pictures, adding planes in as other layers, and have an entire squadron in formation and then put an aerial photo of the british countryside as a background layer. what ya think??

battle of britain 2, its pretty darn awesome. graphics, sounds, scale and the AI are amazing. no online tho :(:furious

I think I'll use some of them as wallpaper in office :)

How's the game? Is really that good? Tell me more about AI, campaigns, etc. I was waiting for Maddox BoB, but it's a long wait.... :D

well the AI is AMAZING. pilots have differnet personalities, ie, some are cowards and bug out quickly, while others stick. the flight model is pretty cool, its easy to pick up and go, good controls.

the campaign mode is real cool, you can either be a pilot assigned to a squad and roll with them all the time, you can fly with any squad at any time, and you can also be the commander, assigning patrols, organising responses, and then you can just click the fly button and take part in any operation. its really good. the maddox version looks good, but this has a way better flight model than all those il2 games, aswell as experience.

its a cool game, check it out

i know, its too thin. it needs to bulge a little more. it may also to be due to the fact that so many people whine about poor frame rates on their ancient pc's, so HT only uses a small amount of polygons :( the result is a pointy chin rofl
