Can anyone get onto Creatives Knowledge base site? I have been trying all day with no luck. My oldest son got a Zen Nano for christmas and of course the infamous creative/AMD/nVidia motherboard bug is popping up or so it seems. I can get the Nano to work on my company laptop (intel CPU and mobo) but can't get it to run on my home system with A64 3200+, K8N Pro mobo and winxp. If someone can help me out by pointing me to some different ways to get the thing to work short of swapping motherboard and CPU let me know.

There was an MSI mobo bios for my motherboard (K8N Neo2 Platinum) that broke USB support for certain devices. Try looking at the mobo manufacturer website for a bios update.

Thanks Eagl. I hadn't thought of the USB ports being out of whack simply because my joystick works when plugged into the ones in the front of the case where we are trying to make this Zen Nano work from.

Thanks JTs. Thats one page I had not seen on the Creative site. I finally got on the support forums and there are a huge amount of people with apparently the same problem as me.
