Just received a hand-me down monitor from my brother. Need to go buy the DVI-to-analog adapter. In the meantime, does AH2 support dual monitors at all? Anyone tried it?
Happy New Year!

I'm afraid AH doesn't support 2 monitors.
I have a 2 monitor rig and in my experience very few directx/OGL games support 2 monitors. MSFS and X-Plane has support for 2 monitors.
I've been thinking how cool it would have been to have the map, chat , fieldstats and whatnot on the other screen. I doubt it is planned as a feature, as very few subscribers would benefit.

Well, I fly MSFS now, too; so, glad to hear 2 monitors are supported.
Support for that TrackIR (sp?) doohickey-thing affects only a very few users, too. So, I think you're right to say that AH2 would benefit us if it supported dual monitors, as well.
Thank you for the response, Jodgi. Happy New Year.

TrackIR has established itself as a must-have for the tiny little demographic entity that is; hard core simmers.
Dual monitor setups are still considered exotic.
Happy New Year to you and yours as well!

I'd settle for the ability to set my game resolution to 3072x1024... then I could stretch across 3 screens :)
It can be done with the original Falcon 4 as a matter of fact, but I'm not sure if anybody has made it work with F4:AA or anything else with non-native multimonitor support. Frugals forum's may be worth doing a search in.

A dual monitor set up with one view just on the guages would be cool, specialy for realistic sims where eng temp is life.

Tbolt, SIM runs 2 monitors in MSFS2004, he can get you rolling, has a great setup from what he brags,....err...talks about :)
