Title: New Comp Connection

I dont know the model, but a friend of mine who I am trying to get into AH is having trouble connecting into the game....He has a (literally) brand new Hewlett Packard pavillion (series unknown) with no add ons...When we attempts to log into online mode the yellow box with firewall blablabla pops up....without myself personally being able 2 check out his comp and trouble shoot for him what could I tell him to try?  what could be causing a firewall?  is it necessarily a firewall?  thanks guys

turn off the  firewalls and AVs when on AH dont need them....thats my opinion

You don't need anti-virus since you can't get a virus playing AH.

Do not turn off firewall! (That is a lousy, irresponsible joke, loony1.)

thanks...I really should have posted this is in help thread...I'll just take a drive over to his place Monday and troubleshoot myself
