yanno ..
..for a lark I jumped into a tank in the middle island after seein all the others goin at it.

Next thing I know the grandkids are gettin up, its daylight out ..and I have been there ALL night!
I earned enough perks for my first Tiger, and wasted it just goofin off (naturally) .. drove to one of the enemy fields, got shot up by the ack, had a defending player spawn and teach me how to use one..er .. sorta.
I got so sucked into the spawn, jump to the turret, aquire target, and try to blast the spawn campers before bein blasted routine that time just flew by.
One guy on our side had 15 kills at one point, and took 'em to the bank under covering smoke and covering fire of the rest of us.
It was a blast ;)
Very well done mix of stuff to do, things to blow up, and frantic position hopping to vis who is firing, who is firing at you, whether incoming is a threat, and the platoon response to a hidden sniper tank can be a work of art ;) (drove right up behind a bandit while he was shootin at two others, an made him .. er .. surrender ..*cough* ..by blowin his turret off :)
Fun to watch the fly-boys try an find you long enough to kill ya .. more often than not you get a kill from them augering.

Makes for a nice change of pace.
I particularly like it when Im getting frustrated in aircraft or the game starts to loose its fun factor.
I'll do the ground bit for a while to get away from it, yet still be around it
thats one reason I liked Pizza map.
Problem is there often isnt many decent ground fights around with alot of these maps anymore
