A line has to be drawn somewhere -- there WILL be an edge between landing and ditch. Whether its the runway or the field, somebody's gunna say they were close enough.

Having to be on concrete makes sense. It's supposed to be a little hard, its more rewarding that way.

Jon...I just asked this question and HTC answered it a coulple days ago...He pretty much said there has 2 be a line somewhere etc....as much as most of us dont like the ditch model thats what HTC is gonna use...but when u think about it, it really is the best option....yeah it sucks not being able to land your kills even when you are 2 feet off the runway...BUT think about what would happen when a dogfight was happening over a field, and how many dweebs would exploit the land anywhere whenever they were in danger...

now if u wanna talk about changing the GV ditch model im 100% with ya...but anyways search "Cav58D" and youll find HTC's answer
