Title: no more depression

It's been over 4 months since Ive taken an anti depressant, and I havent felt depression in 3 months. I kept positive and found goals to keep occupied on. Physical Activity played a large role as well. Thanks for the help I got on the boards from all that replied to my thread a few months ago.

I wont ever forget the help you guys gave
