Title: Lost username/password

Had them saved for autologin, but they disappeared. Do I have to call 817-251-1540 to try and recover them, is there a way to find them online? (all things I've found need your username to recover your username :huh )

If you do not know your login ID, then you will need to call/email us.  Be prepared to supply some other form of information, such as the billing information in the account (i.e. credit/debit card number) so we can find the account and verify it is yours.

You need your username to get password resend.


I guess best bet is calling HTC and try to convince them you are the rightful owner of your callsign and explain your way out of the memory loss :).

In the settings folder is a file called 'login.cfg'  if ya open it with notepad, you can view whatever was used last login.

If you erased the login, you're gonna have to call HTC.

(I generally back up the setting folder in case of stuff like this)

I only use one credit card for online services, so that should be an easy one. Thanks guys. :aok
