Title: Successful landing PT boat eh?

Landing that PT boat succesfully,  I have done it a few times,   but only when i've been by the carrier,  but it does Not always work even when by the carrier.  stopped or what ever,   I get a ditch 99.9% of the time.  

Lately its real hard to kill anything in a pt boat (except yourself).   So if I ever get a few kills in a PT I'd sure like to land them,...  get the ol name in lights or something ya know!      Or is this one of those  "cant get there from here" things eh?        

Any info on this subject gents?     (and please no... "fly if you wana land kills" answers  hehe!  )

i think over the time of 3 or 4 years I've landed a PT boat maybe 3 times.  For me it just seemed like a big waste of time and isnt worth the effort.   Either right by the CV or if you spawned from a port you have to go back to a dock and land.

Perfect way to land one.  Only works at those bases with the runway's right on the water.  Get up to full speed and ramp it onto the end of the runway.  PT boat goes nuts and ends up sideways or upside down, but it's on the runway and it lands the kills.  :)

1) get pt boat from cv

2) drive pt boat upon land so you can vulch runway.

3) make sure buddies capture base.

4)  exit pt boat.

5) have not tired this myself though have seen it done.

6) have driven boat onto land by own base and exited ok.

As tactic said...sometimes you can land by CV sometimes not.. Mostly not
Once i landed near NME base..CV was sunk,.,got successful landing..Nother time..last week. Landed near friendly base...CV up and Ditch..go figure
/Oh yeah...NME was within ICON range in first scenario,,,second scenario there were no nme near.

You can also land PTs in the mini-docks on the Ports.
