Title: The importance of hydration: Water in your body
Post by: Ripsnort on July 24, 2001, 02:23:00 PM
75% of Americans are chronically dehydrated.
In 37% of Americans, the thirst mechanism is so weak that it is often mistaken for hunger.

Even MILD dehydration will slow down one's metabolism as much as 3%.

One glass of water shuts down midnight hunger pangs for almost 100% of the dieters studied
in a U-Washington study. Lack of water is the #1 trigger of daytime fatigue.

Preliminary research indicates that 8-10 glasses of water a day could significantly ease back and joint pain for up to 80% of sufferers.

A mere 2% drop in body water can trigger fuzzy short-term memory, trouble with basic math, and difficulty focusing on the computer screen or on a printed page.(Creamo's problem?)

Drinking 5 glasses of water daily decreases the risk of colon cancer by 45%, plus it can
slash the risk of breast cancer by 79%, and one is 50% less likely to develop bladder cancer.

Are you drinking the amount of water you should every day?

Of course, too much water may have strange side effects. (See URL below)

Actually had a GF with equipment that would make the water stop running at Bars that we used to frequent.  It became a pain in the butt when every Tom, Dick and Harry would 'hit' on her when I went to the rest room.  Unfortunately, it was a case of "Beautiful woman, but one french fry short of a 'Happy Meal'....   :)

Luckily, a friend informed me of an affair, and I left her shortly after that.

I'm not a big fan of huge mammaries. I have a short attention span and soon get bored.

Everything in proportion is far better.  ;)

I'm sorry, but those are useless. What good are they when they are so huge the woman becomes useless for everything but one thing? And even that one thing, she would be limited in performance.

I like mine in the C - D range thanks.

Oh yeah.. she would make a good life preserver if you went overboard with her.

Hangtime... throw away the rescue rings.. she is everything you need on your boat  :D

Fake tits.

There's nothing as unappealing to me as fake tits. Well, there are some things, but this supposedly appettizer/teaser is just downright anti-boing material.

Perhaps I'm reading too much into it but this is what I get out of just seeing a pair of fake boobs:

Brain: "Uh, something is wrong"
Primitive brain: "Warning: potential mate has unhealthy mutations"
Brain: "Why would she do that to herself?"
Primitive brain: "Primary target unworthy, brain: switch to secondary"

Of course, the brain is not as fast as the primitive brain, so it wants more info before it makes a decision.

Brain: "Ah, so she mutilates her own body and sets herself up for severe health risks, all in trying to be more appealing to men. Which basically means she measures her worth by her physical characteristics. Or rather, by some strange definition of good and attractive physical characteristics that's far flung and inaccurate overall. If a man wanted to squeeze plastic, he could do it anywhere. This would suggest that this female has a low self esteem, shallow mindset and a general desire to be cherished and appreciated by her physical attributes alone. And furthermore, it'd suggest a weak will which too easily could be controlled, resulting in no real "sparring" in a couple situation. It also reeks of the stupid assertion that all men like huge tits, even if theyre totally fake, which is insulting to my intellect. I wonder what she would say if we got into bed and I pulled out a 35cm dildo and started shagging her with that, proclaiming it to be "the real thing""

Primitive brain: "Told you so. Now check out that one 3 o 'clock, WOOHOO!"

Fake tits. I hate 'um.

Well said StSanta! I suppose Denmark is full of screwed up teenage ""babes"" too... :   I can't wait to get really old and check out the "babes" at the retirement home, with "take me - i'm yours" tatoos on their assets and leaky plastic bags hanging down their bellies. Hope this self-mutilation isn't our fault, but I guess men will be blamed for it in the future anyway...

ROFL!  Well, at the moment, I apparently have too much water and have been prescribed tablets to get rid of it.  Swollen feet and shortness of breath are the only effects I have noticed with this excess water!   ;)
