Title: Skuzzy, or HT, problem

skins are going spastic. they keep downloading in game and each time you log off they're gone and start DL'ing AGAIN!!!

and the skin pack on the DL page is screwed too, bad installation file :(

Fixed.  However, all the new skins will download again before stopping.
