Sounds like another flawed treaty. Why sign it if it does no good? Just to say you signed it? Sounds like it's in the ballpark of the Kyoto treaty - not affecting the worst offenders or possible offenders..

I'm sure your typical terrorist would comply with the BWC. Smoke and mirrors...

Versailles treaty of 1919, didn't that highlight that Germany could not produce any powered aircraft or have an air force?

What happened in 1939?

If you actually read the article, pretty much all the quoted sources agree the accord sucks, they're just pissed that someone admitted in public that it sucks.
