January 15 1960, Cold Lake, Alberta.

I emerged from the womb carrying a pace stick and barking commands.

Been back a few times myself. I did my last 4 years there with 410 Sqn. Retired in '95.

Cold Lake wasn't so bad. The fishing was pretty good most of the time.

Still, I have no desire to ever live there again.

As the snow flies
On a cold and gray Toledo mornin’
A poor little baby Dweeb is born
In the ghetto
And his mama cries
’cause if there’s one thing that she don’t need
It’s another Vulchin Dweeb to feed

The Dweeb needs a helping hand
Or he’ll grow to be an angry young Dweeb some day

Do we simply turn our heads
And look the other way

Well the world turns
And a hungry little Dweeb with a runny nose
Plays in the MA as the cold wind blows
In the ghetto

And his hunger burns
So he starts to roam the MA at night
And he learns how to kill steal
And he learns how to fight
In the ghetto

Then one night in desperation
A young man breaks away
He drives a Tiger, finds a spawn camp,
They pork his turret, and he don’t get far
And his mama cries

As the heavies gathers ’round an angry young Dweeb
AWMac’s down with a dead gun in his hand
In the ghetto

As her young man dies,
On a cold and gray Toledo mornin’,
Another little baby Dweeb is born
In the ghetto
