Title: creating skins

Been trying to figure out how to change the skin on plane/ tank but can't really figure out how.  To some it's self explanitory but  for me I need the extra help.  As far as I got was creating a new folder for the the new skin (tiger1).  After doing that it asked me to open another file but I can't find it by it's listing.:confused:
