We're getting close, all I want is a mandantory hook-up that simulates G-Forces and one needs to have strong stomach muscles to pull more G forces, then i got ya all WHOOPED! (125 sit ups every other day with 45 lb weight on my chest, on 45 deg incline board) :) :)

While you at it why not spray yourself with gasoline and have some macro, like if killed then ignite :) would make you try your best and RTB more often? :D :D

Ya know... if you can do more than 15 reps of any exercise then its not hard enough for you and your wasting your time. Problem with an incline bench and situps is you get help from your leg muscles.
Try hanging abs with a 45 lbs of weight strapped to your ankles, bet you cant do 125 then :)

Also, remember the breakfast. A scrambled egg, slice of toast and 2 oz of OJ. Plus the endorphins from last nights jog around the barn should still be running high. :D
