actually he's correct. spawn into V113 from the se. there is a section of tiny little hills where you will encounter many that are invisible, and some with holes where you fall through them and are then stuck.

lol i really didnt pay much attention to the title of this thread, art.
But isnt playing a game in general considered a way to pass time/waste time? Dont get me wrong, I think its a great waste of time. There's always going to be little glitches in a game that anoy you, and screw you up. Just a part of gaming man.

we didnt have to drive for 15 minutes....AND then flip over. We could just flip over at all the spawns that would make me much happier
Speacailly in my shinny new TIGER...Now who is going to pay for this mess :) I know its nothing big but it is 15 minutes that I could a been talking crap in CH 200 :P

Anyone have the terrain name handy?
-
its the current Map Skuzzy OZkansas.
edit well..maybe not so current as of this AM. I havent been in the MA yet. :D
If you need an exact location i can try to get it for you. It has only occured for me on the tiles that have the grey mogules as i like to call em

LOL I wish this was the only GV problem. I have abandoned GVs all togethter. Nothing worse than lobbing shells from a tank into another tank 2 or 3 hits and then their one hit and I am dead. No fun in my book. Then add in how long it takes toi get into most fights with them and you can have em.

maybe this is AH first step in returing to an A2A sim in which it started..
-
Thank you Mugz. I'll look into it.
-
On the north side of A2 we ran into the same thing, there is a patch of greyish coored ground just before all those little hills (the ones you can see), and its full of invisible hills.

It has occured several times this go around with this map. I've found myself surrounded by what I call invisible trees as they are usually on the edge of a forest thicket. That thicket is not usually on the direct path from spawn to base, but on "the rough" to one side or the other of the direct path. I'm trying to flank wide right or left to avoid detection, passing close along a treeline when "bam", I'm stopped by an invisible tree. Try to back uo, adjust direction, go forward and "bam" again. Once I was nearly surround and took 5 minutes to find the "open" area that put me in the ambush. Amd of you're not cafeful in the backing up, etc., "Boom" you flip the flippin' tank.
