It's amazing that the Russians don't do better in international hockey.  Incredible offensive skills.  But they seems to be missing the teamwork of the USSR days.  I got to watch Larionov and Makarov play together for the Sharks back in the early 90's.  Haven't seen passing like that since the Messier-Gretzky-Kurri line.  Actually they were better than that line, they just didn't have a left winger of Messier's caliber.

Also Valeri Kamensky scored a better goal than that circa 1996.  Searching for videos...

Super Mario scored one similar to that v.s. Kings back 10 years or so ago.
