Title: Vox mutes all sound effects

I wonder if anyone has some knowledge how to fix a situation where any received vox chatter/sounds mute all the actual sounds effects of the game?
This bug/feature surfaced a fews days ago and before that the sound effects from the game could be heard even even when someone was talking on the vox. Now all the sounds (engine sound, puffy ack, weapons fire etc.) are muted when someone is talking on the vox and it is pretty annoying and dangerous also when even the hit/damage sounds cannot be heard.

Its a feature ;).

Clipboard: SETUP > PREFERENCES > Voice.  Move the "Effect" slider a little more to the right.

I HAVE mine set to lower the volume when vox comes in.  :)
