Uninstall everything.  Reboot.

Check that you have the latest software, or download same from the website.

Start over installation from scratch...follow hookup instructions exactly..and in proper order (very important).

When install is done, reboot again.  Then, start TrackIR first, AH second.

You should have your trackIr tracking now (check tracking window display), and a blue light on the sensor will glow, indicating that the AH-enabled profile is working.  Don't forget to put on your speciall little tracking anntenna

At this point, if you have tracking and a blue light...you're almost there.

If the views, speed, dead-band, etc... don't suit you, you can start to modify the settings in TrackIR.  I use a custom profile based on the stock aggressive profile, but with a bigger dead-band to make centering easier.

Once it's working, this thing is great.  It can REALLY improve your SA, as the movements are more natural.  However...it will take a bit of time and practice to get completely comfortable with it.  Don't give up...it'll be worth it in the end.  And disable it for GV work.  No real value there.

I've had the last two versions, and never had a minutes trouble with 'em.

Best of Luck

Question, when looking at your six how do you have the tracker set so that the seat back is not 80-90 % of your view?

When your tech support is two continents away, things tend to get mixed up... :D

The cool thing is, you don't have to 'set' your view.  If you want to see past the armored seatback, do it intuitively...lean around or over.

Seriously...if you have the 6DOF TrackIR , all you have to do is look towards the appropriate shoulder, and lean a bit.

It's actually perfectly natural, but you have to get used to it, like I said.

If you have 3DOF, then set up your views as you like them in AH, and I believe TrackIR will move towards those presets as you turn that way.

Good Luck
