Title: Gold's Gym question
Post by: Chairboy on January 21, 2006, 03:25:45 PM
My wife is a member at Gold's Gym.  To add me to her plan, they want to charge me a $79 initiation and $25 a month.  Any suggestions on how to negotiate the initiation fee away?

Just wear a wig and prentend to be her.  You can't go at the same time, but hey, you'll save $25/month. :aok

She's gotten me to agree not to wear the wigs outside of our bedroom, so that's not an option.  Not sure if we want to do a year commitent, she's month to month now.

Tell Gold's to go screw itself, go up to Dexter Reservoir and talk to the Oregon Assn of Rowers.

:rofl :rofl :rofl :rofl

Another option is to find another gym with no initiation fee (like the Y for example) and use it as a bartering tool. Everthing is negotiable.

Once you get into doing fitness for a lifestyle, its impossible to quit.  Just stay away from the Health food supplements, most of it is B.S. and some of it is quite dangerous and have hazardous effects on your body for the long term.
