I've heard that the perk points are being stored in a vault on one of the Islands. I'm thinking something along the lines of a Kelly's Hero's raid is in order. Any takers please make your mark below. Keep this hush hush.

OK we use a Chog to blast througth the vault door and then make our getaways in 'stangs.

Ok three is enough. I've had HT hypnotized. If you say the fraise "Afghanistan Banannastan" he will open the doors to the vault and let us in. We have to be in and out quick! This could mean perk plane for ever! But we will have to lay low for a while.
