Hi

How about Control Input Indicator option for planes?  

You could see recording plane primary inputs (pitch, roll, ya & throttle) from film playback if wanted.
The secondary inputs (flaps, trims, rpm & gear) could be a second option.

IMHO a very good tool for analysis and training. How to perform maneuvers control input wise.

You can see yellow control Input Indicator on these pictures from Flanker Su-27 ver. 1.5.

Actually this would be very funny to watch the input from a stick yanking freak :)
