LOL.  That D-Bag saw the camera and thought he could be funny.  

I believe (my german is rusty) that the german bald dude was talking about buying out some of the places along that street by force.  Now, if someone has the guts to for the sale of something, that takes a lot of balls.  If he's bigger then you, you need to remember not to mouth off to him.

my impression was that the big guy is the proud buisnessman who developed the area, and was showing it off to the camera when a bum came up to do some panhandling...  but I really don't know.

To me it looked more like the guy was an ex pimp now doing business with x-rated theaters and stuff.. :D
