The SR-71, A2, and U-2 in the first link are at Blackbird Park in Palmdale.  You can walk up to them and touch 'em, it's very cool.  That's where I got my first 'Remove before flight' keyfob.

I can see the checkered building from my office. They filmed the touching "I'm gonna die" scene from Space Cowboys under that SR-71.

They have open plane days every once in a while, I'll let you know next time I hear them advertise it. I have a pic somewhere of me in the cockpit of a B-25.  Dang they were small.

I will one of these days call Chino and find out how much I need to donate for about 10 minutes of just sitting in their F4U. Well that and some privacy... and maybe a tissue!:D

I would rather see real ones in real museums and in the air hehe.

Still its a cool idea. I may even eat there if I get around to going down.

On the upper right here is one of my favorite planes, the Be-12. On the Upper left is the IL-38 (another ASW platform, similiar in appearance to the US P-3) centered at the bottom is an An-12 and two Mig Interceptors (25s or 31s, I can't tell the difference).

Google recently updated their data of my area with a greater resolution version.  I only wish that I was outside when the satellite made its pass.
