HEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEELP!

3 hours ago they delivered to me my X 52.... IT'S A PAIN!!!!!!!!!!!

I'll have to spend my gaming hours in TA for days! :D

Apart joking, I need to find the right scaling for the axis (<--- pl. axises???), with the TM Afterburner I had a linear scaling, I tried that but it just don't work for me with the 52, it feels too... sluggish, lazy... can you tell me how did you scale all the axis?

Another thing: the SST is pretty powerful, but, for the first tries I did, it seems that I can't reassigne views to other hat than N. 1. Is it true? If so, can I do it from game, while using the profile I did?

Help me, Obi Poo Kenobi, you're my only hope.... (how pimp I am! :D)

ok, i said this would happen remember!

x52 is easy to use, you just gotta know how lol

i will post my stick profile for you, it works really well. first off, the only hat AH recognises is the 1st one, bottom one on JS

so to look up, i have kp no.5 programmed to throttle hat, again, when i send you my profile you'll get it. now then, in AH the x52 does feel sluggish yes. to get rid of it, go to the stick setup, first off, make it so all hat directions work, you know, program all 8 directions, AH has the default as a 4 direction hat.

now then, in the stick setup, turn all the sliders up to nearly max input sensetivity, for all axes, including rudder. then set up some dead band, just a little, and if you want just a little damping.

all that will make it much more responsive. when i say just a little under maximum i mean just a tiny bit below, lets say you start with the leftmost bar, have it 80% of the way up, and have that going in a straight line all the way to 100% on the bar furthest to the right.

if you have any problems just holler and i'll come to TA with you and help you set it up

Aces High (http://www.thesproge.com/uploads/AcesHigh1.dat)

put it in the folder C/program files/saitek/software

after that right click the saitek icon in system tray and click on aces high

Lol you could have told me that before! :p

Joking, thanks for the quick help (just how did you know I was looking for you? :D)... the hat thing sucks, I think I prefer to have the views on hat 2, but maybe I can work it around, using SST and in game setup... I'll try to put the sliders on right now, do you think I can use that system even in other games? I tried the 52 in IL2 and it feels about the same! :p

EDIT: Thanks for the profile, Poo, I'll try it right now.

as an aside, axis (singular) and axis (plural) are spelled the same but pronounced different, if I recall properly.
