Title: Trac ir users out there
Post by: Nr_RaVeN on January 26, 2006, 07:06:15 AM
~S~ ALL
Any track ir users out there that have it go south on them when someone is 400 or less off your six?
ie  you cant look up as far as it would or have the view bounce around. like the range of view has been nutered.
(all my vectors are green so that's not the issue)
it will be working like a top until I get bounced then I get catastrophic equipment failure and cant get my self out of a tight spot as I can't see what's going on.

My guess is your looking back when their 400 off you, and that is the issue, not that they ARE 400 off you.

It could be that when somebodies off your six, you straighten up your back, thereby changing where the "center" of the hat is on the TIR.

Just some random thoughts.

Thanks for the reply.
I inadvertently mapped the precision to my flaps  :o so when I popped them I slowed everything down
