Title: New changes to this setup

Changed:
- added SpitV to closer airfields (A10-A13)
- changed radar to historical settings. Tower range: 10 miles, sector count: 20
- changed downtimes to 30 minutes (but I'm open if we wish to change that)

To Come:
- adding Bf109F-4 to field A49
- adding Kwessa's sky colors
