I think it would be good if we initiated the changes to the RPS at zulu time as opposed to EST.  we are seeing considerable activity during euro prime time.  by making this small change we are allowing our euro cousins the opportunity to better enjoy the arena at no inconvenience to anyone else.

We're sort of doing it on a first-guy-who-wakes-up basis now, Storch.  Duke and Panzzer have been doing a fine job of getting the changes made earlier than EST.

Visions of the staffers having  their alarm clocks  set to Zulu time getting up fumbling for the light switch, stumbling to the computer, logging in, changing the settings and then going back to bed.
