Nope..

Jaguars.

Seahawks 14
Jaguars 26

Steelers 17
Jaguars 23

Now whats really interesting..

Is that both the Seahawks and the Steelers scored 14 points in the 2nd quarter, and the Steelers scored 3 more points then the Seahawks, and the Jags scored 3 less against the Steelers.

Granted the Steelers game was in overtime, but it was a remarkable interception returned for a TD.

Now, yes it means the Jaguars are capable of playing Super Bowl quality teams and beating them, but what it really shows? Inconsistancy, Cockyness, and Penalties.

RECAP of Jags/Steelers Game...

PITTSBURGH (AP) -- Between the formation and Tommy Maddox's eyes, Jacksonville Jaguars cornerback Rashean Mathis knew the ball was coming his way.

If this had been Ben Roethlisberger throwing to Hines Ward, it might not have mattered. But the Steelers were running the play with Maddox and Quincy Morgan, and that was the difference Sunday.

Mathis stepped in front of Maddox's pass and scored on a 41-yard return in overtime and the Jaguars, taking advantage of four turnovers by Pittsburgh's backup quarterback, rallied to upset the injury-thinned Steelers 23-17 Sunday.

Notice how I bolded Tommy Maddox's Name :p

It never fails....

Whatever team wins the SB there is always a team that says they beat the SB winner mid season.

So what.....

I'm meerly pointing this out that the Jaguars were capable of going to the superbowl, but fell apart somehow.

lol, thats the problem with all these "aspiring SB contenders", they fall apart when it counts.

Notice one thing, Seahawks and Steelers didn't fall apart when it counted.

BTW, Hawkie... what is your team going to be doing next weekend?

Not a bad record at all, but that loss.... sheesh, made we wonder why they bothered to show up?
