Ok I want one
-
No wonder I can't find spare parts for my '86 Toyota half ton. It looks a little better than that one...not much, thanks to being nailed by a semi, but a little :)
No FWD, roll bar, or lift kit on mine though...pure stock.

A jeep probably could with the same alterations that were done to the Toyota. Watch the film closely. This was NOT a "stock Toyota".

Can be had for NZ$3k to NZ$5k over here. Only difference I saw was the roo-bars weren't wrap arounds and this is a flat deck which most farmers over here prefer.

Old toyota's are great. To bad the modern ones are not even close to that tough.
-
yes, old toyotas are famously reliable. that is why they are seen more than other brands in rough country like the middle east.

rofl Staga :D
yours?
-
Nope :(
Friend knows the owner; gotta ask if it's having BJ42's chassis... most likely.
btw it's road legal; I was picking up missus couple weeks ago from the opera and saw it in the city. It looks really cool :D
-
Staga, that certainly looks alot better than some of those TransAm and Corvette 4Wd setups I've seen before.
-
My jeep comanche parts truck went for 600k before we finally got a new one. We never parked it in the ocean or dropped it off a building but still.

Watch the end, they put in a simple perspex windshield after the tide ripped the original out so they could do the drive through of the shed on the track.
No cigar, but keep trying ;)
