As soon as you go online the clock starts to run down. I can't think how it would start otherwise, and I've not heard of your problem before.

hmm =( its really weird, i started an account and tryid to play online , it said that my time was up, i tried with a new account with diffrent info .... Still didn't work, and i also tryid on diffren't computers .... please help .... =// i really wanna play

The same thing happend to me when I downloaded the game and started play several months ago. I emailed HTC twice about it. I received no reply. Perhaps you will have better luck. :)

For those who haven't received a reply you may want to check your return address to make sure you get one. My experience with HTC has proven that they reply in fast order.
In fact HT suprised the crap outta one day when he called me on the phone (I'M NOT WORTHY, I'M NOT WORTHY) when I was having a problem logging on with a new account, how's that for customer service!
Though the possibility exists I really can't imagine anyone having problems unless it was during a weekend or you didn't have a valid return address.
