When I grew up we were reminded in school not to call the color violet purple. So I'm doubting that there is a crayon, pastel or paint named purple.

IT was a contest. I forget the reason behind it but they wanted him to win and that was like the 10th answer he had gotten wrong.
At that point they were just asking him rediculous questions just to hear his answers

So finally in order to give him the prize. they just told him he was right.
