Yeah there is.

Use the print screen key on your key board. Press it to capture the screen image, then open ms word or something similar, right mouse click and paste.

Only a guy called "Excel" will tell you to use Word as a media editor :D

How does that print the screen? Could you explain in a detail for us 4-bit folks?

I'm not an ms flunky, just sticking too what I know. And too be honest I wouldn't no what a media editor was if I fell over one, never even new word was one.

You have too print it yourself and you do need a printer. After you paste the image in your err.. media editor click on print in the File menu on the top left of the tool bar.
