Once one has a goal, the only thing that separates one from that goal is time and money.

Yes, it can.  I had it drawn in schematics somewhere, but I'm not sure where I've put my notebooks since then.

i have a feeling that with enough gyroscopes and such that it could fly. if i made it a military plane (i am planning on starting an aircraft company) it could actually replace the attack helicopter. it would be faster, it could have an ejector seat, and it would be more manuverable. nobody would want to eject out of any helicopter except for the hokum

The military needs to start the shift away from powerful attack craft, to personal attack vehicles.  I.E. Something that can be easily operated on a squad level to support the squad specifically.  Sorta like an HMG.

You would attach these things to the infantry wings, not the airforce.

You should make the vehicle entirely of interlocking gyroscopes.  That way you could never crash the thing, and it'd probably even be stable in space!
