hehe, you're very correct, Santa! Also, Pennsylvania Dutch, not sure what that is, but it shows it here in my family tree...(Could it be the Dutch descendants that did not inter-breed?) (http://bbs.hitechcreations.com/smf/Smileys/default/biggrin.gif)
-
Rip...Pennsylvania Dutch isn't even Dutch, its an American butchering of the word Deutsch. German folks came to Pennsylvania, said they were Deutsch, Amurricans thought it was Dutch, the rest is history (http://bbs.hitechcreations.com/smf/Smileys/default/biggrin.gif) They are now mostly known as Amish and Mennonite, depending on their religious sect.

I suspect Americans get the WORST traits from each nationality (http://bbs.hitechcreations.com/smf/Smileys/default/smile.gif)
Or mebbe some odd mix, like: German discipline under harship, Irish capability to contain beverages, Dutch approach to personal freedom, French arrogance, Danish indecisiveness, Spanish passion, and so forth.
It's like watching some horrible DNA simulation program; highly entertaining (http://bbs.hitechcreations.com/smf/Smileys/default/biggrin.gif).
I wish you, your family all the best rip (http://bbs.hitechcreations.com/smf/Smileys/default/smile.gif). Who knows; when we Europeans work out a way to start WWIII, Americans might be the ones to keep the European genes going (http://bbs.hitechcreations.com/smf/Smileys/default/smile.gif).
Wouldn't THAT be ironic (http://bbs.hitechcreations.com/smf/Smileys/default/biggrin.gif).
