the other night me and my squady shader uped a pair of hurricane 1s to go have some fun.
 we ended up fighting with batfinkv and  a couple of 71 squadron guys,all i have to say was  it was great fun,so we didnt have 1 ping cannons so what.

  we had fun at i think at the time when for many the game is getting  stale,thi is whats needed.

Hmk1 always makes for good fights. Funny. Just had a few good "MA duels" myself.

pleasure was mutual RD, great fun allround.


i have never seen a pair of hurricane mk1s tear a set of lancs apart that quick before!!


the D3A vs hurri fights were sweet too!


with this sort of attitude and dogfighting, the game is far from stale for me.

Naw, the Spit XVI doesn't make it funny, it just makes things ludicrous.

One of the most fun fights I was in was the mob of Bish N1K2s--like, had to be a good dozen Nikkis--hitting a Rook base a week or so ago. I started drooling diving in to defend with my F4U. I was like Woo! It's REAL WWII HISTORY!

Got one Nikki on my first pass, then while tangling with the second a guy below us as I was looping over the top to drop on my dancing partner fired off one of those friggen insane deflection snapshots that ALWAYS seem to find me and took out my engine and spoiled my fun.

Anyone got a new rabbit's foot? Mine stopped working. :p

No it was on the Balkans map, I think. Over A19, IIRC.
