Title: DVD Disc Menus (Help?)

I've been searching and I can't find anything. Here's what I want to do...

I have some television shows that I've downloaded and I'd like to put a few of them together on a DVD for a typical standalone player. You know, the kind that's sitting where your VCR used to be.

What's the trick to creating a menu that will execute automatically?
