I've finally fix my variance issue!
I tried all the advise from skuzzy's tip page and all the advise from other game player's, (sound, programs, connection etc....) none of which were the problem.
If anyone is having a variance problem with the NVIDIA GeForce Go 6800 Ultra 256 meg.
Try this: Go into video settings for the card and turn off
Antialiasing
Vertical Sync
Trilinear Optimization
Triple Buffering
and "Clamp" Negative LOD Bias unless your on wireless leave it "Allowed" for wireless, I have both LAN and Wireless.
This worked for me. I hope it can help someone else in the future:cool:

Vertical Sync will not effect performance and should be left on.
Trilinear Optimizations should help performance.
We already triple buffer, so having it on could be wierd.
Anti-aliasing will cause performance degradations and is off by default.
Do not forget to disable power savings options for laptops, as these will cause all kinds of stutters in the game.
