I know this is kinda stupid, but I thought it would be fun. I'm a 45 year old man, and I have watched a lot of cartoons...lol. Right now, my favorite is SpongeBob Squarepants...LOLOL. I actually time my day so I can watch it, it is so good.
OK fellas, you're turn. :D

Road Runner and Coyote followed closely by the older Warner Brothers cartons (Bugs and company).

IM surprised nobody has mentioned the simsons. After bugs bunny and all the looney toon cartoons simsons are my favourate.
-
lately it's been Space Ghost Coast to Coast and Sealab 2021, LMAO watching Angry Beavers but don't know what happened to that show.

Cartoons as in seen on TV or those in paper? Either way:
On paper:
Calvin and Hobbes
Sluggy Freelance (www.sluggy.com)
Life on Forbez! (www.forbez.com)
Groo the Wanderer
Asterix
Dilbert
ANY AND ALL MANGA!
On tv:
Rocco's Modern Life (nickelodeon)
Roadrunner
ANY and ALL ANIME!
Jackie Chan Adventures (its so hilarious!)
Batman Beyond (aint so bad)
Interesting thing to note is that US made cartoons are finally starting to get a grasp on "generational" storylines, something which makes many of the anime/manga's a success. Now if they would only start with character development/change over the storyline, they may get up to speed. I hope they dont though, Japanese are so much better at making good stories :) *G* :D

Pinky & the Brain
"are you thinking what i'm thinking pinky?"
"ya Brain, but this time you wear the tutu"
"are you thinking what i'm thinking pinky?"
"ya brain, but where are we gonna find a duck and a hose at this hour?"

What's Opera Doc?
-
Rocky and Bullwinkle ??
-
Calvin and Hobbes
Garfield
Broes
-
All the old Warner Bros gems - bugs, daffy et al
Ren & Stimpy
The Simpsons
"Nu, Pogodi!" - a russian Tom & Gerry ripoff from the 70s that actually turned out to be a great deal more amusing than the original :)
-
For me, its a toss up between Wile E. Coyote and the Roadrunner and the Animated Batman series that was on a few years ago.
-
Simpsons
Sponge-bob.....Squarepants (theme song cracks me up)
Angry Beavers
Rocko
The best cartoon ever was The Tick...pity it only lasted a few years.

I'd have to go with South Park.

BATMAN
All the reat are just "Toons".
-
For animated cartoons it's gotta be the Simpsons..
Print cartoons it has to be The Fabulous Furry Freak Brothers!
-
i watch spongebob every day if i can. patrick is a kind of role model for me.
its the best thing on tv.
invader zim and south park and the simpsons of course are right there.
all i really watch are cartoons and documentaries, cant think of any weekly dramas i can stand.

Anime is in a class by itself and not considered a cartoon by me. :D
For cartoons... Ren and Stimpy, Simpsons, Futurama, South Park, Dexter's Lab, Powerpuff Girls, and various Warner Bros. stuff.
Oh yeah, Pinky and the Brain was definitely much better when it was just a short on Animaniacs than when it got it's own show. hehe, there was just something about the one where Brain was shrinking things with the magic words of "Charlie Sheen, Ben Vereen, shrink to the size of a lima bean!" Though that pales in comparison to the chant to return the living dead back to their graves in a Simpson's halloween episode. ;)

1. Family Guy
2. Southpark
3. Futurama
4. Samurai Jack
-
Speed Buggy
-

-
Printed: Monty (ex Robotman)
Dilbert
Tv: Simpsons
South Park
Donald Duck
-
South Park if I was to watch one today. But my over all favorite was Elmer Fuff and Bugs Bunny in "What's Opera Doc?" (which I just thew whole MP3 of using Gnotella <G> )
"Keeeel duh wabbutt!"
Westy

Sponge Bob Square Pants! Hilarious! Good clean humor for both kids and adults. Amazing how they can make the cartoon so funny without having to stoop to the depths of dark, sick humor that South park has...
-
Print:
Gary Larson: The Far Side
Berke Breathed: Bloom County
I miss them!
