Other than it looks like a mid-era G-6 with square frame but glass armor behind the head, I don't think I've come across it before.

From what I remember.... I got this from a site claiming it to be a JG26 G6... possibly 9th staffle (as I found this in my folder of squad profiles I've been collecting).

Hmmm maybe Guppy/Dan can help?!?!

I would imagine the profile is based on this image from Caldwell's photo history of JG26.  Caption dates the photo.
