Post by: Saintaw on February 15, 2006, 04:06:48 AM: I think I'm finaly going to admit I need to go out & do some more sports... my body ain't much like it used to be. I can't concentrate at all after a day's work... and my flying resembles one of a 3 year old with no limbs.

I logged in yesterday thinking I could fill in those 2 hours of freedom between the time I got home and the time I had to go & pick up the lady for VD... JOY, I find out that most of the other elderlies (DadRabit, cerberos and his kid Wilbus to name a few) are all having a ball in fightertown... wooowooooo! I jump in my trusty 109f and am ready to jump on my unsuspecting Swedish prey... drool et all.

As I dive in the cloud of pink icons (enemies are set to "pink" for obvious reasons, but I digress) I spot a Spit at about the same alt as me... put the nose down, catch speed & plan my "delayed reversal"(tm) ... "this is going to be an easy one" I think, because I can see the spit shooting at me from D20 and going for a horrizontal turn...

The phone rings... I see missus ID and have no choice but to pick it up, at the same moment, the dog starts going all ape***t in the house, running around and barking... Nevertheless, I can beat this Spit with one hand, I know it!

Mr DadRabit,

I will let you know that "playing dweeb from afar" is NOT FAIR PLAY! The next time, I will have both my hands and will give you all my attention, that is all!

Speaking of rephrasing....ummm....the abbreviation "VD" implies a double entendre you hopefully did not intend...
