Do you know if the cantaloupe flavor is going to be a regular seasonal thing or not?

Cantelope is in the regular rotation according to my Blue Bell delivery guy.

They sell it up in Oregon, so I would bet the sell it somewhere in Colorado.  Check your local super wally world.
