Title: The Motherland Needs You
Post by: Drano on February 20, 2006, 03:44:09 PM: Putting out the call for any of you interested in some leadership positions in the upcoming scenario, "Stalin's Fourth". More info on it here:

I'll be the Red Air Force CO with Jordi as XO. We've both spent lots of time in scenario events between here and AW as well as being active in the FSO events. This is my first time as CO in a full scenario tho so I can use the help.

Stalin's Fourth has a bit of everything. There's a ground element for the tankers out there and bomber roles as well as fighters.

Registration begins March 1st with frames on April 1st, 8th, 15th and 22nd.

I look forward to leading you to victory over the Finns and their Nazi allies.

Just remember though that the scenario scorecard has is Wesyy=1, Culero=0

(and not likely to change being that AH scenarios are weekend only events)

You can say that again.

Oh! You meant that he's incorrect about something regarding this scenario? :D

(Would be tough (VERY) tough choice between a 9T slot or a T-34 seat. I participated in an AH scenario (about 2,00 years ago when they held them on days other than just weekends) and the ground action was a blast. With VOX built in there's no reason IMO it could not be as immersive (or more) than air combat)

Me? Yep -- I like everything and every role: fighters, divebombers, level bombers, torpedo bombers, ground attack, scouting, flying C-47's, even being a gunner, PT boats, and probably tanks (although I've never driven a tank in a scenario). Of all of those, I probably prefer the flying roles compared to the ground-vehicle roles, but I do enjoy them all.
