Title: Myspace Vs. School

This is almost too good.  Kid makes a critical comment about his school, gets suspeneded, the ACLU threatens to sue the school, and they let the kid back in.  On one side you have the ACLU :lol  and the other side you got a school scared to take action, whether it was right or wrong.

If anything were to happen discipline-wise, it should've come from the parents who are responsible 24-7, rather than a school which is limited by geographic boundaries.
