I'm quite partial to this aircraft (see sig if you dont get why ;)  )

treize is that a g2 or  a g6? or  what ever   i am not good with 109s but i did have  a romanian skin in the last set  very similar to white 13.

   I got  a half started version  if u can show me some more pictures  i should be able to finnish it.

Note that, in the actual war-time photo, there is NO black outline around the national markings. [EDIT: It might be there, as some other color, but it sure isn't black!] Keep little details like that in mind when you finish it. You make that skin and I'll fly it, because I like the way it looks.

Its blue, not black. And its always there. :)

The insignia is, technically, "4 blue 'M's arranged in a cross pattern and filled with yellow, often bordered in white and with a pre-war blue-yellow-red cockade in the center."

Often on those photos the blue used is light enough not to register seperate from the yellow of the cross, and sometimes it doesn't show on the rudder stripes either. Note thet there is very little contrast on the rudder of that photo.

Note the contrast in this photo of another 109...

Note the lack of contrast in this photo as well- the blue on the rudder actually shows up lighter than the neighboring yellow.

Ah, it's blue. Sorry, it looked like black in the color profile!

Yes, photos are funny. Sometimes colors show up light or dark when you wouldn't expect them to.

I think raven is working on the lancing mickey G2, but I dont know if hes gotten anywhere with it. Might wanna check with him.

Swwet. Its nice to find other willing to do them, since my own (lack of) skill is quite appaling when it comes to all that mottling...
