HiTech, just wanted to say thanks to you and the guys for showing me around the place the other day when I stopped by. Not too many companies out there that will take a break from work to show someone around and take the time to talk to them. It was great to meet all of you, and with any luck I'll be at the next con. Can't wait to see all the new updates come online. That was really cool you guys showing me all that stuff, it looked great.

wait until you're pissed off about something in-game or on the BBS, and you call up the office only to find that Hitech will personally take your phone call and discuss the issue with you as long as it takes to resolve the issue.  THEN, you'll be impressed.

(of course, Hitech shouldn't have banned me in the first place. :D )

HTC's customer service is outstanding...

Whenever I have had troubles and have placed a call....BINGO!!!....they are there to help in every capacity.

If every company had this kind of service the world would be a better place!:aok

Dont tell people that!  If everyone followed that advice, we couldnt watch them blow up on the BBS and THEN where would we be?  I'd have to actually expend effort in searching for entertainment!

I'll have to make it a point to call SKuzzy more often.  I don't think he hasn't laughed when talking on the phone.  I'm usually cracking one liners and jokes.  

They have a customer for life.
